"I am very happy to join my colleague and good friend Council Member Helen Rosenthal at her Upper West Side Town Hall meeting," said Senator Serrano. "Town Halls are a great opportunity to hear from our constituents on issues they care most about. It is also a great way to make them aware of the services provided by our offices and the various city agencies. I enjoyed getting to hear from my constituents on the Upper West Side. Many thanks to Council Member Rosenthal for her work and advocacy."
