(Albany, NY)- Senator Serrano supported passage of medical marijuana legalization in New York State. Serrano is a co-sponsor of bill S4406, which legalizes medical marijuana. He sits on the Health committee, which passed the medical marijuana bill in the State Senate.
"I was happy to vote in favor of legalizing medical marijuana in New York State," said Senator Serrano. "I believe that under these very specific guidelines and regulations, marijuana will be used appropriately to treat many conditions and improve the quality of life for many individuals. I will continue to advocate for this legislation until its final passage on the Senate floor," concluded Senator Serrano.
