More Than 250 Attend Ritchie’s St. Lawrence County Job Fair

More than 250 people looking for work attended State Senator Patty Ritchie’s St. Lawrence County Job Fair, held today at the Oddfellow’s Hall in Ogdensburg.

The free event featured more than 65 employers—many which are looking to hire immediately.

“Today’s turnout was a testament to the need to get people back to work and create jobs in this area,” said Senator Ritchie. 

“My top priorities are fighting to cut taxes and creating more opportunities for our region. Thursday’s event goes hand in hand with those efforts, and I’m pleased to have been able to once again connect North Country people who are looking for work with organizations that are looking to hire.”
