Ritchie Wishes Nny Resident a Happy 100th Birthday

State Senator Patty Ritchie stopped by the home of Keitha Woodall recently, to wish the Gouverneur resident a happy 100th birthday. 

In recognition of the milestone, Senator Ritchie presented Keitha with an official Senate Resolution.
