Statement from Senator Catharine Young on Passing of Ted Hopkins, Majority Leader, Allegany County Board of Legislators

“Ted Hopkins was an outstanding citizen and public servant, a person we all treasured. He approached every issue in a thoughtful, deliberative way. Ted loved Allegany County and we are fortunate to have had his service. I'm going to miss him,” said Senator Cathy Young.
