Senator David Carlucci's statement on Governor Cuomo's proposed $1.7B property-tax credit

Senator David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Westchester) said, "With some of the highest property taxes in the country, residents of Rockland and Westchester County are in dire need of support. I commend Governor Cuomo for bringing this important issue to the forefront of the 2015 Legislative Session, and I look forward to hearing more details about his property tax break proposal. A comprehensive plan, that will provide hard working residents of the Hudson Valley with relief from skyrocketing property taxes, deserves immediate consideration, and I will be working with my colleagues to provide real relief for taxpayers ."
