In an effort to highlight and promote the small businesses that are the backbone of so many communities throughout the 46th Senate District, Senator George Amedore today announced a “Spotlight on Small Business” program.
“Small businesses play such an important role in our communities – not only for what they contribute to our local economies, but also for what they give back in other ways,” said Senator Amedore. “Throughout the five counties that make up my Senate district, there are so many great small businesses doing great things, and I want to highlight them and recognize them.”
Senator Amedore will regularly highlight one small business from each of the counties that make up the 46th Senate district: Montgomery, Schenectady, Albany, Greene and Ulster. Winners will be featured on his website and social media, as well as on the Senator’s public access television show.
