Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently joined with the Carle Place Civic Association, community officials, and local residents in celebrating Carle Place’s 100th birthday. Senator Martins attended the opening of the Memorial Day weekend Carnival to help commemorate the milestone.
The carnival is part of a yearlong series of events to celebrate Carle Place’s centennial anniversary. The carnival was held on the grounds of the Carle Place Public Schools and featured live music, fireworks, rides and activities for all ages.
