Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently joined with Troop 97 in Manhasset to congratulate Benjamin Morse, Domenick Naccarato, Ryan Shelley, and William Wong for attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.
Senator Martins presented Benjamin, Domenick, Ryan, and William with legislative resolutions he sponsored, which were passed by the Senate, honoring them for achieving Scouting’s highest rank. With passage of the resolutions, their accomplishments will forever be part of the New York State Senate’s official record.
“Only four percent of scouts are able to meet the demanding standards needed to attain scouting’s highest honor. Benjamin, Domenick, Ryan, and William have spent years pursuing that goal, devoting themselves to community service, demonstrating leadership, and never giving up when things got tough. After countless hours of hard work, it’s wonderful to see them achieve their dream of becoming Eagle Scouts. Congratulations to them on earning this prestigious honor,” said Senator Martins.
