Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently congratulated Luke Cuomo (East Williston), Brendan Duggan (Williston Park), Dominick Giustino (New Hyde Park), and Charlie Mo (Albertson) for attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout. The four scouts are members of Troop 201 in Herricks.
Senator Martins presented Luke, Brendan, Dominick, and Charlie with legislative resolutions he sponsored, which were passed by the Senate, honoring them for achieving Scouting’s highest rank. With passage of the resolutions, their accomplishments will forever be part of the New York State Senate’s official record.
“Eagle Scouts are special. They are not just people who worked their way up scouting’s ranks and mastered certain skills; they are leaders who devote themselves to serving their community, helping others, and always conducting themselves with honor and integrity. Luke, Brendan, Dominick, and Charlie have truly earned a place among a very elite group. Congratulations to these four young men on a job well done,” said Senator Martins.
