Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently helped kick off the Viscardi School’s first ever Legacy Bike Ride. The ride raised funds to support individuals with disabilities and built awareness about the Viscardi School and the valuable services it provides.
Senator Martins, along with Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Councilman Peter Zuckerman, and Judge Rob Pipia, congratulated ride organizer Joe Slaninka and the Viscardi School staff and wished the riders well as they began their journey.
