Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently congratulated Manhasset Hills resident Andrew Bandini, a member of Boy Scout Troop 568, for attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.

Senator Martins presented Andrew with a legislative resolution he sponsored, which was passed by the Senate, honoring Andrew for achieving Scouting’s highest rank. With passage of the resolution, Andrew’s accomplishments will forever be part of the official record of the New York State Senate.

“Becoming an Eagle Scout is an extraordinary honor because only a select few scouts can meet the years of dedication, commitment, and service required to achieve scouting’s highest rank. Through countless hours of serving the community, developing his skills, and sheer hard work, Andrew has earned a place among Scouting’s elite. The entire community is very proud of Andrew and we congratulate him on earning this prestigious honor,” said Senator Martins.
