Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently joined with the Floral Park Fire Department in paying tribute to the memory of a devoted Floral Park firefighter and his over four decades of community service.
The Department dedicated the new ambulance in memory of firefighter Joseph Reekie, Sr. Mr. Reekie served the Floral Park community for 45 years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. Senator Martins took part in the dedication ceremony, which was held at Floral Park Fire Department Headquarters.
