ONEONTA, 03/18/15 -- State Senator James L. Seward (R/C/I – Oneonta) today announced that the free senior scam prevention forums scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th in Moravia and Homer, and Thursday March 19th in Dryden have been POSTPONED until further notice due to inclement weather
The senior scam prevention forums will be rescheduled at a later date.
Also, as a reminder, the New York State Emergency Management Office operates the NY Alert website which contains critical emergency-related information including severe weather warnings, significant highway closures, and many other emergency conditions. Warnings and emergency information can also be sent directly to your cell phone, email and other technologies. For more information, and to sign up for alerts, check the website, www.nyalert.gov.
