SENATOR BONACIC SPEAKS AT DEDICATION CEREMONY FOR “WALLKILL WINNING WAY”

(Middletown, NY)-Senator Bonacic joined Town of Wallkill Supervisor Dan Depew and other officials, and spoke at the dedication ceremony this morning for “Wallkill Winning Way”, a road connecting two shopping centers in the Town of Wallkill. The road is located  between the Galleria at Crystal Run and Orange Plaza, and opened last month. The dedication today marks the culmination of several years of planning and construction, and collaboration between state and local government. The state paid for the project in the amount of $5.2 million. The new road eliminates the need for motorists to use Route 211 to get from the Galleria to Orange Plaza, and will improve motorist safety, while also giving a strong boost to the local economy.
