(Albany, NY)- Senator Serrano met with The Interagency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. (IAC), an advocacy group for schools that serve the deaf, blind and physically disabled. The group traveled to Albany to discuss the importance of expanding the services provided for this group.
"The work that the IAC is doing to enhance the lives of people living with developmental disabilities is truly remarkable," said Senator Serrano. "Everyone deserves to have access to the same services. I will continue to help in any way possible so that the service system is enhanced so that people with developmental disabilities can live better lives. It was a great discussion and I thank them for making the trip all the way upstate."
