Senator Kevin Parker Sponsors Annual Turkey Drive 2015

Ensuring that the Thanksgiving holiday is a little brighter for families is the aim of the Annual Turkey Giveaway hosted by State Senator Kevin Parker. On Tuesday,November 24th, more than 300 turkeys were given away to families throughout the district. It is estimated that the amount of turkeys donated will be able to provide meals for close to 3,000 individuals. St.Augustine Episcopal Church, located in the East Flatbush section of the 21st district, was the supporting partner for the event.
