Senator Panepinto Encouraging Residents to Take Part in CFA Workshops

Workshops crucial to accessing millions in economic development funding
Buffalo, N.Y. - Senator Marc Panepinto (D-Buffalo) is encouraging residents to submit applications for Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) workshops to access a portion of state economic development funding up to $750 million.
The CFA is a “one-stop shop” for economic development officials, municipalities, businesses and residents to access grant funding from multiple state agencies through one application.
Those interested in the CFA are encouraged to participate in one of three application training workshops hosted through the Western New York Regional Economic Development Council. Representatives from state agencies will also provide information on specific areas of funding available for projects.
Attendance is strongly encouraged prior to submitting an application. All workshops run from 1:30pm-4:00pm.

The CFA online application in now open for submissions through 4:00 pm on July 31.
