BUFFALO, N.Y. – Senator Marc Panepinto released the following statement:
“After the devastation caused by the Snowvember storm, all of us in Western New York understand that we must always be prepared for the worst when it comes to lake-effect winter storms. While many areas in the City of Buffalo and the Northtowns were spared from severe weather, the Southtowns in my district were not so lucky. The precautions put in place by the Governor and local municipalities helped ensure the safety of residents. I've been in constant contact with the Governor’s office and local authorities since last night, and it’s clear that we have learned the lessons of our region’s experience in November.”
