Street Closures for September 18-20 in Bay Ridge

The following street closures/ parking restrictions will be in effect this weekend:

Hoban Run

There will be street closures for the annual Hoban Run, to honor Police Officer Hoban, who lost his life protecting our city.

Beginning at about 9:30 am  on Sunday, September 20th,  the following streets will be closed to traffic to allow the run to take place (as the runners pass- streets will begin to open).  Cars will be allowed to cross Third Avenue (during breaks in runners).

-Third Avenue between Shore Road and 68th Street.

-68th Street between Third Avenue and Shore Road.

-Shore Road between 71st Street and 68th Street.

Holy Cross Festival

Holy Cross will be holding their annual Greek Cultural Festival. 

There will be no parking  and no vehicular traffic on Ridge Blvd between 84th Street and 86th Street during the following dates/times:

Friday, September 18th, 2pm to 11:30 pm

Saturday, September 19th- 11:30 am to 11:30 pm

Sunday, September 20th- 11:30am to 10:00 pm

85th Street  between Colonial Road and Ridge Blvd. will be closed to traffic during the same time periods.
