Winter Storm Warning Issued for New York City

Notification issued 3/4/15 at 7:06 AM. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Staten Island, Brooklyn and Queens from 7:00 PM, March 4th to 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 5th. The current forecast calls for 4-8 inches of snow. Visibilities are expected to be approximately one quarter to one half mile at times. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for Manhattan and The Bronx from 7:00 PM, March 4th to 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 5th. The current forecast calls for 3-6 inches of snow.
