Funke Earns First Committee Assignments

Senator to serve as Chair of the Elections Committee, Vice-Chair of the Select Committee on Science, Technology, Incubation & Entrepreneurship

Senator Rich Funke today announced he has earned a seat on five separate New York State Senate committees that reflect the diverse strengths and priorities of the 55th Senate District.

“I’m grateful to have the opportunity to serve on a number of impactful Senate committees that will help me best represent the diverse communities of Monroe and Ontario counties,” said Funke. “From Elections to Aging and from Higher Education to Science, Technology, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship, I look forward to working with my committee colleagues on both sides of the aisle to make Albany work better for the people of the 55thDistrict.”
