Senator Ortt Announces Satellite Office Hours in Monroe County
Robert G. Ortt
August 26, 2015
Senator Rob Ortt today announced that his office will be holding Satellite Office Hours at Ogden Town Hall and Spencerport Village Hall on Thursday, August 27 for approximately two hours. Monroe County residents will have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, or discuss viewpoints with the Senator’s constituent aide. The constituent aide will be on-hand to assist with any problems individuals may be having with state issues related to the community, local government, economy or anything else that effects New Yorkers.
Residents can stop by the Town Hall in Ogden between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., or the Village Hall in Spencerport from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
“Garnering input from the people I serve is extremely important to me as a public servant,” said Senator Ortt. “My Lockport office is always open to my constituents, but I understand making the drive isn’t always feasible. And though I care very deeply about concerns from residents, the substantial size of my district doesn’t always allow me to be in one area as often as I’d like. These satellite office hours will allow me to be more accessible to residents throughout my entire district.”
Satellite Office Hours will be held once a month on the fourth Thursday of each month.
