Serino Helps Kick-Off HV Restaurant Week
HYDE PARK, NY—New York State Senator Sue Serino was at the Culinary Institute of America on Monday, October 5, 2015, to help kickoff the Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW), presented by The Valley Table.
The fall launch event means that HVRW is just around the corner, running this year from November 2 to 15. The event focused heavily on connecting local farmers and food purveyors to area restaurateurs in an effort to encourage collaboration and the use of local resources.
For those interested in attending, you can find a list of the almost 200 participating restaurants live online at http://www.hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com/home.php.
