Office for People WITH Developmental Disabilities to Hold "Transforming Together" Public Forum

(New York, NY) On Thursday, September 17th, the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) will hold a "Transforming Together" public forum to gather the community's thoughts and ideas on the critical issues they face. OPWDD invites all interested individuals to attend and participate in the discussion.
"The information gathered at the "Transforming Together" Transformation Panel public forums will inform OPWDD's Transformation Panel Recommendations and various reports to the Legislatiure, including housing needs.. Register to attend the forums on the OPWDD website at www.opwdd.ny.gov/node/6128/ or by calling 1-866-946-9733."
For New York City, the panel will be held on September 17th at the UJA-Federation of New York, 130th East 59th Street. The forum will occur between the hours of 5 PM and 7PM.
