"In November I proudly stood with Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and labor leaders in support of an amicus brief on behalf of the California Teachers Association because upholding current law allows unions to remain strong and continue to fight for fair wages and benefits. While this decision is a win, we must remain committed to protecting our unions. Their victories are victories for working and middle class America, and we must fight to keep them strong so they are able to fight for the rights we all enjoy."
