Senator Martins Congratulates New Hyde Park Resident on Graduating From SUNY Maritime College

     Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently congratulated New Hyde Park resident John Fanelli on graduating from the State University of New York (SUNY) Maritime College. 

     Senator Martins nominated John for the Cadet Appointment Program following his graduation from New Hyde Park Memorial High School in 2012.  Through his acceptance into the program, John was appointed to the school’s Regiment of Cadets and awarded a four year, full tuition scholarship.

     “After four years of hard work and study, John graduated from a very prestigious university and is well prepared to begin the next chapter of his life.  Congratulations and best wishes to John for continued success,” said Senator Martins.
