May 23, 2016
Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently congratulated Kevin Pavlidis and Anthony Polo of Boy Scout Troop 201 in Williston Park for attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.
Senator Martins presented Kevin and Anthony with legislative resolutions he sponsored, which were passed by the Senate, honoring them for achieving Scouting’s highest rank. With passage of the resolutions, Kevin and Anthony’s accomplishments will forever be part of the New York State Senate’s official record.
“Meeting the high standards needed to become an Eagle Scout is something only a select few can do. After years of hard work to climb the ladder of scouting’s ranks, develop their skills, and serve the community, Kevin and Anthony have now joined that elite group. Congratulations to both of them on achieving this special honor,” said Senator Martins.
