Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently visited the Shelter Rock Public Library in Albertson to view the Library’s new Playaway Launchpads for children. The library purchased the technology through grant funding secured by Senator Martins.
Playaway Launchpads are interactive, learning tablets designed to help children learn in a fun way. Each Launchpad is loaded with high-quality learning apps to help children develop critical thinking, creativity, English and math skills.
