SENATOR GOLDEN TO HONOR TEN NYPD OFFICERS OF THE 68TH PRECINCT

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn), a former New York City Police Officers, will honor ten New York City Police Officers with recognition from the New York State Senate at a special ceremony to be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at 7:00 PM at the 68th Precinct, 333-65th Street, Brooklyn.
Captain Joseph Hayward, Commanding Officer of the 68th Precinct NYPD, will join Senator Golden in presenting the honors. Eight of the officers are being honored for their use of Narcan to save lives, and two of the officers are being celebrated for their extraordinary help in welcoming a new baby into the world.
Members of the media are welcome and encouraged to attend.
