Ritchie's Senior Health and Wellness Fair Draws Nearly 1,000

State Senator Patty Ritchie welcomed nearly 1,000 people to her annual Senior Health and Wellness Fair, held Wednesday at the Bruce M. Wright Memorial Conference Center in Watertown.
The annual fair featured over 60 exhibitors offering wellness tips and health checks, free flu shots, entertainment by the Country Stompers and Watertown High School Band and a no-cost lunch prepared by students at Oswego County CiTi and funded through funding secured by Senator Ritchie.
"I'm thrilled that so many seniors attended today's event and had the opportunity to access resources to keep them healthy as they age," said Senator Ritchie.
"I can't thank our event sponsors and exhibitors enough for playing a role in improving the health of people in our region and am grateful for their making Fair such a success."

The event was the last of three Senior Health and Wellness Fairs hosted by Senator Ritchie throughout Central and Northern New York. In total, nearly 2,000 seniors attended this year’s events.
