Senator Ritchie Honored By NNY Junior Bassmasters

State Senator Patty Ritchie was honored recently by the Northern New York Junior Bassmasters for her support of  regional fishing tournaments and tourism promotional efforts.

“Our  rivers, lakes and streams produce some great fishing opportunities for our youth and adults, giving local anglers and visitors to our region the opportunity to not only cast their lines for that trophy fish but help boost our local economy as well,” said Senator Ritchie.

Senator Ritchie continues to be a strong supporter of New York State’s billion dollar fishing industry and is continuing to work to secure funding to promote fishing tournaments, improve access to our lakes, rivers and streams, as well as combat invasive species that affect our waterways.
