Ortt Awards Grant to Medina Fire Department

Senator Ortt stopped by the Village of Medina Fire Department to announce a $64,000 State and Municipal Facilities (SAM) grant he secured for the department as part of the 2016-17 state budget. The fire department plans to purchase an emergency vehicle and trailer to house and transport its rope and rescue equipment along with its swift and ice water rescue gear.
