Senator Avella Presents New York State Proclamation Honoring MinKwon Center for Community Action’s 32nd Anniversary

Queens, NY – Today, State Senator Tony Avella presented a New York State Proclamation to Yoon Ji Kim, Director of Social Services, MinKwon Center for Community Action in recognition of their 32^nd Anniversary.
