Senator Tony Avella Presents New York State Proclamation to Chinese Community Accountable Care Organization

Queens, NY – This week, State Senator Tony Avella presented a New York State Proclamation to Dana Zhu, Chief Operating Officer of the Chinese Community Accountable Care Organization (CCACO) in recognition of their outstanding performance this year.
CCACO ranked second among all New York State accountable care organizations, and in the top 5% of ACOs nationwide, for percentage of expenditures saved in 2015 with $4.3 million.
"It is an honor to have Senator Avella present CCACO with this proclamation. It is truly an acknowledgement of the groundbreaking work CCACO has done in providing high quality, efficient care to its patients and reducing unnecessary healthcare spending. We are proud to have Senator Avella's support in our mission to radically improve the U.S. healthcare system” said Dana Zhu.
