On December 8th, 2017 State Senator Brian Kavanagh and Assemblymembers Deborah Glick and Yuh-Line Niou sent the attached letter to Governor Cuomo urging him to sign S130B/A4002A, which would require residential appointments to the Battery Park City Authority Board.
