Revitalization Funding Coming For the City of Salamanca

“The unique partnership being developed between the Seneca Nation of Indians and the City of Salamanca received a shot in the arm today, with funding from New York State. Deteriorating properties will see a facelift, and the remediation projects will provide an influx for the City’s tax base, as businesses have safe, quality places to open up shop. This investment in our community will be a major step forward for the City’s Downtown Strategic Plan, and long-term economic development efforts. I supported the city’s funding request, and look forward to the progress,” said Senator Young.
