State Budget Allocates Funding for Communities to Fill Potholes

NEW CITY, NY– Senator David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Westchester) announced that the State budget sends nearly $4 million to Rockland County and local governments, including Ossining in Westchester, for road repairs, specifically for potholes and other damage resulting from extreme winter weather.
"This is where the rubber meets the road as far as getting results that make a difference to people. By securing this funding, we will invest in our infrastructure to help maintain safe roads and bridges while allowing localities to use taxpayer money for other community benefits," said Senator Carlucci
