Senator Elaine Phillips Attends TKO Strong Foundation’s Fall Fundraiser

Senator Elaine Phillips recently attended the TKO Strong Foundation’s Fall Fundraiser in Franklin Square.

“Thank you to Tom and Melissa Onorato and the TKO Foundation for inviting me to attend this year’s Fall Fundraiser,” Senator Elaine Phillips said. “The TKO Foundation continues to do a tremendous job working to enhance the lives of children born with Microvillus Inclusion Disease by raising awareness and supporting research to find more effective treatment options.”

The TKO Strong Foundation was formed in 2014, shortly after newborn Thomas Kevin Onorato (TKO) was diagnosed with Microvillus Inclusion Disease (MVID), an extremely rare and life threatening intestinal disease.
