Senator Phillips Attends Sewanhaka CHSD’s Music Festival

Senator Elaine Phillips (R-Manhasset, pictured front right) recently attended the Sewanhaka Central High School District’s annual District Music Festival.

The festival featured performances from instrumental, orchestral and choral ensembles compromised of talented student musicians from each of the district’s five high schools; New Hyde Park, Sewanhaka, Floral Park, Elmont and Carey.  Each performer earned a spot in the festival through a competitive audition.
