Senator Phillips Celebrates Portugal Day in Mineola

Senator Elaine Phillips (R-7th Senate District) recently participated in the annual Portugal Day Parade in Mineola.  The parade celebrates the history and heritage of the Portuguese people and the many contributions Portuguese-Americans have made to the community.
