Senator Phillips Congratulates Floral Park Graduates

Senator Elaine Phillips (R-Manhasset) recently attended Floral Park Memorial High School’s graduation ceremony.  Senator Phillips spoke at the graduation to offer her best wishes for continued success and personally congratulated each student on receiving their high school diploma.
