Senator Elaine Phillips (R-Manhasset) recently congratulated Floral Park resident Clark Adomaitis for earning scouting’s highest honor; the rank of Eagle Scout.  Clark is a member of Boy Scout Troop 4.

Senator Phillips presented Clark with a legislative resolution she sponsored honoring him for achieving Scouting’s highest rank.  The New York State Senate unanimously adopted the legislative resolution on January 18th.  Passage of the resolution officially places Clark’s name and accomplishment into the New York State Senate’s official record.

“Completing the rigorous requirements necessary to earn scouting’s highest honor is something only 5 percent of all scouts accomplish.  Clark’s work ethic, intelligence and passion for serving others, together with the support of his family, friends and Troop 4, has led him to  scouting’s most elite.  Congratulations to him on earning this prestigious honor,” said Senator Phillips.
