Senator Phillips Honors Plandome Eagle Scouts

Senator Elaine Phillips (R-7th Senate District) recently congratulated Yianni Biniaris, Alfred Polizzotto, Patrick Sheehan and John Shelley of Boy Scout Troop 71 in Plandome for earning scouting’s highest honor; the rank of Eagle Scout.
Senator Phillips presented the four scouts with legislative resolutions she sponsored honoring them for achieving Scouting’s highest rank. The New York State Senate unanimously adopted the legislative resolutions on June 15th. Passage of the resolutions officially places the boys’ names and accomplishment into the New York State Senate’s official record.
