Senator Phillips Meets With Adelphi Statewide Breast Cancer Program

Senator Elaine Phillips (R-Manhasset, pictured left center) recently met with staff and volunteers from the Adelphi Statewide Breast Cancer Program to discuss the programs and services they provide to people with and/or concerned about breast cancer.
Adelphi Statewide Breast Cancer Program has been aiding women affected by breast cancer since 1980, providing counseling services, educational programs and support groups. The Program also operates a hotline (800-877-8077) staffed by specially-trained, professionally supervised volunteers and social work staff who provide comprehensive breast cancer services, support, referrals and information to those in need.
