Senator Phillips Speaks With Hicksville Chamber of Commerce

Senator Elaine Phillips (R-Manhasset) recently served as the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Hicksville Chamber of Commerce.

Senator Phillips discussed a number of different issues with the membership, including economic development, downtown revitalization, job creation and the State Budget.
