Senator Serrano Gives A Legislative Update At The Schwab House On The Upper West Side

Senator Serrano spoke to a packed house of Schwab House residents alongside Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer and Council Member Helen Rosenthal. The Senator spoke on his priorities for the year in Albany and answered a wide range of questions from the audience.
