Statement Regarding Firstsource Advantage Expansion

Empire State Development announced today that Firstsource Advantage, LLC will expand its headquarters in the Town of Amherst. The expansion project- including new equipment, increased space, and more staff- will help the leading global collections service provider meet new contract demands. The project is expected to retain 620 full-time permanent positions and create 82 new jobs by June 2020.

Senator Michael Ranzenhofer has issued the following statement:

"This major investment, as well as the creation of 82 new jobs, by a leading global company is further proof that the Town of Amherst is a great place to do business because of our strong workforce and educational institutions. I commend the leadership team at Firstsource Advantage for selecting Western New York to expand and grow."
