Senator Pam Helming (R,C,I-54th Senate District) today took the oath of office in the Senate Chamber at the State Capitol in Albany.
“Today was a proud day for me and my family. I am deeply humbled and grateful to represent the men and women of the 54th Senate District, and I look forward to hearing their thoughts and concerns as I travel throughout the district in the coming weeks,” said Senator Helming. “As State Senator, I will continue my predecessor’s commitment to excellent community relations and constituent services, while being a strong voice and tireless advocate for the Finger Lakes region.”
Senator Helming will take her local oath of office this Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 3:00 pm. The swearing-in ceremony will take place in the North Courtroom of the Ontario County Court House, located on 27 North Main Street in Canandaigua. The ceremony will be conducted by Ontario County Court Judge William Kocher.
