Marching To The Beat: Ritchie Takes Part In Annual Seaway Festival Parade

State Senator Patty Ritchie recently joined community members to march in the 57th annual Seaway Festival Parade. 

Held in Ogdensburg, the parade featured a number of organizations and bands, including the Ogdensburg Free Academy Blue Devils Marching Band.  Recently, Senator Ritchie secured $20,000 to help the band purchase new uniforms.
